Rebuilding Procedures
Vacuum pumps rebuilding procedures:
- Complete teardown and full decontamination of the pump
- All parts will be cleaned in a high pressure steam washer using a rust inhibitor detergent
- The pump module and end plates will be bead blasted to give a smooth finish
- End plates will be refinished if required by the machine shop
- All consumables parts will be replaced (major rebuild kit)
- All pumps are reassembled to OEM Specification
- All pumps are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for six months
- Pump will be bench tested under loads for 24 hours
- Any additional parts other than those in the rebuild kit will be extra (Shaft, end plates, etc..)
- Additional labor will be charged to install additional parts that are not included in the kit
Turn around time of seven working days providing that no additional parts, other than those available in the rebuild kit, are required.
